Visual Inspection: The lower hem has widespread dark/greenish discoloration and irregular worn-looking edges visible from the front and back. The exposed inner hem strip shows numerous dark specks and edge deterioration. A small loose thread is visible near the front hem; the main sponsors, crest and P. CARMONA 11 print appear largely intact. Fine fabric wear and concealed areas cannot be confirmed from the available overall photographs.
Why This Grade: Clearly visible wear and discoloration around a substantial portion of the hem support Fair. This is a provisional photographic grade; unshown areas have not been inspected.
