The Nike Netherlands 2004–05 Home Jersey is one of the signature designs from Nike’s early-2000s Total 90 era, created for the Netherlands’ run at UEFA Euro 2004 in Portugal. The design returned Oranje to a stripped-back identity: a vivid orange body, white Nike Swoosh and embroidered KNVB lion crest, with white piping tracing the curved performance panels.

Euro 2004 became an important tournament for a Dutch generation that mixed established stars such as Edgar Davids, Clarence Seedorf and Ruud van Nistelrooy with emerging talents including Arjen Robben and Wesley Sneijder. The Netherlands advanced to the semifinals, including a dramatic penalty-shootout victory over Sweden in the quarterfinals, before being eliminated by host nation Portugal.

This particular jersey carries a large white #9 on the back. For the Euro 2004 squad, the Netherlands’ #9 belonged to Patrick Kluivert, while Van Nistelrooy wore #10. Because there is no player name above the number and no provenance establishing player use, I would merchandise this simply as a #9 jersey rather than describing it as a Kluivert-issued shirt.

The construction is pure Total 90-era Nike: a V-neck, curved white piping, extensive mesh ventilation around the sides and lower body, contrasting white sleeve inserts and a large ventilated rear panel.
